Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address. You'll see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase — no surprises.

Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size. Carrier selection is made at our discretion to ensure the best delivery experience.

Estimated Delivery Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or high demand are outside our control.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at ghockeykid6336@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at ghockeykid6336@gmail.com — we'll do our best to catch it before it ships.
