MicroMoto Labs — Return & Refund Policy

Overview
At MicroMoto Labs, every model is precision 3D printed to order. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of each piece. Because our products are made-to-order, we have specific guidelines in place to ensure a fair experience for every customer.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged or broken due to shipping
- The item received does not match the product description or order details
- The item has a manufacturing defect affecting its structural integrity or appearance
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Items that have been assembled, painted, or modified
- Digital files or downloadable products
- Custom or personalized orders
Time Frame
All return and refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for review.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@micromotolabs.com with your order number
- Include clear photos or video showing the damage or issue
- Our team will review your request within 3 business days
- If approved, we will provide return instructions or issue a resolution
Refund Options
Once your return is approved, we offer the following resolutions:
- Full Refund — Returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Store Credit — Issued immediately for use on any future MicroMoto Labs purchase
- Replacement — A new model reprinted and shipped at no additional cost
The resolution offered will depend on the nature of the issue and product availability.
Shipping Damaged Items Back
If a return shipment is required, MicroMoto Labs will provide a prepaid return label for defective or incorrectly shipped items. For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as MicroMoto Labs is not responsible for lost return packages.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom-commissioned models
- Digital downloads or print files
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Damaged in Transit
If your model arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling, please retain all original packaging and contact us immediately at support@micromotolabs.com. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
